Using my personal account for this review but this was for a business....Great customer Service. Big shout out to Jacob who took the time to run through my query so I could understand our account in more detail without rushing, with great care spent to explain what was what. Anne-Marie too for following through with the query and checking I was satisfied with the outcome. Both very courteous and obliging. No complaints from me, a pleasure to deal with.

Walker Fire were very professional in the 2 inspections that they carried out for us. They informed me when they would be arriving, completed the actions and explained the process. The helpdesk and accounts departments were also very efficient in amending our new correspondence details. I would recommend them.
