We have used Unique pools for the service and repair for an existing swimming pool for the past 5 years. Having used serval other company’s before this I can honestly say the service they provide is second to none. They are happy to help if we require telephone advice or attend site when we have a failure or repair work is needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Unique pools to anyone else. 5 star service.

We attempted to use this business.
After a very promising meeting with them on site, on the 9th November 2022 we waited for a telephone call or email back with the promised quote for work. Fast forward many phonecalls later over the months and we are still no further forward to receiving the said quote.
The lady on the phone has always been very pleasant and you can tell embarrassed that she has to keep putting notes on the desk of her colleagues to remind them to get in touch. If the work is deemed not to be suitable or profiteering enough for the company it would be better customer service for them just to say so rather than lead us on with promises of call backs that never get fulfilled.

We used Unique pools to install our two outside infinity pools as part of a new £4m spa project, from our experience of the swimming pool market they are head and shoulders above any other company we have dealt with. They designed the pools to our exacting requirements and despite some technical issues and the installation taking place during the Covid pandemic they did an outstanding job. They even helped with some other engineering issues we had with other equipment. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Can not speak for they work, but the empathy of they staff is worth 5stars. I happened to drive past two members of staff seeing to an elderly lady that must of taken a hard fall, as she was bleeding heavily. Most had probably driven, but its nice to see people caring
