Overall

I phoned to ask someone to come over to look at a problem on our gates to estimate for a repair. they said “tomorrow” Great what time? After vagueness and insistence I finally got a time
Arrived early ,no worries. He began and explained in detail that my gates were not meeting regulations but that I could ignore what he said - he had to tell me or go to prison. Okay , thank you no worries, polite young man doing as he was told
Asked him if their was a call out charge “yes” How much I asked “I don’t deal with money” reply. After some persuasion he called to find out... £1 per minute plus travel time.
I said good bye
How can a company like this one survive I’d rate customer service zero - the lad can be excused but I suggest he gets another job with a proper employer

Complete rip off merchants! Called to repair my gates gave me a list of problems as long as my arm then charged me over £1000 to repair it and within 3 weeks back to square one. Avoid at all costs.

We have been clients for about four years and they up dated our gates with new motors etc. and have serviced them ever since. Very happy with them and the level of expertise.

Absolutely shocking service and complete time wasters. Called on Tuesday to ask if they offered a call out service to help with a pair of electric gates that have become non functioning. The girl I spoke to seemed very vague and didn't know if they could help. She transferred me onto a rather abrupt man who proceeded to talk over me at every opportunity. They told me they offered a call out service and the engineer would need to check the gates and try to diagnose the problem. Checking "the board" they said they could get to me on Friday morning before 12pm (5th July) details were exchanged and the call out was confirmed. I took the day of from work on Friday, however as 11.30am came and no engineer had arrived I called the office. Again I spoke to the vague girl who said, yes you are on "the board" for jobs today. I explained that I was worried as it was nearly 12pm and no engineer had appeared. I was told again we were on the jobs for the day. As 4.30pm approached and still no engineer had arrived I called the office, who had clearly gone home for the weekend. We called several times with. no answer. No engineer appeared, no courtesy call to let us know either. I don't know how a business can operate like this.
