I've seen their dangerous driving featured on youtube! Wouldnt trust them.
I live in a building where they are responsible for lifts. Not only do the lifts break down every year, it takes them about a month to fix them! Their service is terrible and I would recommend avoiding them if you have a choice.

Undercutting Is wrong! Let alone in bad weather conditions. An this very lovely gentleman gave me the finger as he was undercutting me not once not twice but 3 times and I have this on video if the business would like it.

If you want to go up in the world, you need these people. Response time is very good and usually its a first time fix. So, don't be on a downer, call Classic Lifts.

Terrible! Lift been out of service for over 8 weeks, been back to fix twice and still no luck. Very non-committal, reluctant to provide any details. Rude engineers. So unprofessional!

We got their lift installed, brand new. Lift is in service about 6 moths and lift have been out of service number of times. They said 1st month is usually like this as there are small adjustments. Not sure if replacing parts are small adjustments. We also have a restricted access per floor and lift quite often sends people floor that's not open to any off the staff. There is no blame on external system that manages the access to the floor but on some magnets that indicates on which floor lift have arrived. Engineers clean those but seems like there is no solution. Now we got a bill for a random calls from the list to their PREMIUM number, few times a day !!! Overall experience with this company is very disappointing, if we could we would change the lift as you normally do with faulty products but with lift's it's not that easy.
