The team was very good, Abubakar did the survey before the engineers came and then a few days later 3 of the workers came to instal the combi boiler and did in a few hours in a clean and organised manner. So far so good, the boiler works, the heating and warm water too!! Masood was very nice and communicative and explained to me how the thermostat works. All in all I would recommend the company.
Brilliant job by Shadat. Engineer very friendly and helpful. Cleaned up before they leave the property. Five star to the company

This is the Worst ever company which we had an experience with!
They are cheaters / fraud.
I would have rated this company zero start.
They have damaged our property, they said eco4 grants doesn’t cover the full house external insulation, we paid them nearly £2000/- after taking money they disappeared, left all rubbish outside the property and stopped answering phone calls/ emails.
?Beware of these scammers / con artists. ?
If Anyone wants to get scammed we would highly recommend use this Berks Insulation company.
Stay away from these ????‼️

I first had interactions with this company last year in October 2023 as I had met one of the company reps who were doing the government rendering scheme and this was recommended through a friend that they were good. After a week of submitting all relevant information the work started omg ? what a disaster they ruined and ripped off external pipe work and just thrown away along with my alarm! They were messy and left the job unfinished as the rendering was dripping everywhere and uneven walls along with no ledges in the front. By this time I had phoned the company and spoke to a Sarah and emails of my property were attached and I was horrified that they were carry out such work ! I didn’t hear back from Sarah but started having correspondence with a lady called Wajha I must admit she’s was very helpful despite my frustrations. It took almost 8 months to complete after scaffold had to go up a second time and a lovely Gentleman who came to carry out the work who was like no the work has not been done or completed correctly and notified the company and report it had to be completed. After profuse amount of calling company gave him the go ahead and work has been completed and he had done a excellent job !!!! Thank you Ilie ? and thank you Wajeha for all the correspondence.

Munsaf Hanif and colleges did a brilliant job. They arrived early, and worked till very late evening to get the job done. They are all very polite and respectful l can’t recommend them all highly enough. A very pleased customer they were true gentlemen they explained how to operate the boiler to me step by step, they had no breaks very conscientious in all their work very grateful to them all thanks Sharon

Very BAD After service, call the office to tell them about a leak under the boiler and the advise on the phone did not know the difference between warranty and guarantee? And only one year warranty on the installation from what I understood over the phone!
Should the pipe’s be like this in under 2 years?
What cowboys do the installation?
