Amazing service! Trudy has staged the show house for our new development on a very tight timeline and it looks incredible. Everyone that has viewed the house has loved it. Highly recommended ??
This is a brilliant business based in Stockport and Greater Manchester. I highly recommend the visual work that they do. They are hard working, committed to giving their best and above all they have an attention to detail that I just don’t have.
We asked Creative home seller for some help staging a basement flat last year, they came in, immediately made me feel at ease, talked through ideas and then brought in pieces of furniture, pictures, plants and other bits and pieces to dress it in a modern but homely way. It looked so appealing when they had finished that when the photos came through I was delighted. The flat was let within the week because there was so much interest.
It was money well spent as the letting was so quick and I can use the photos again when I go to let it next time.

We highly recommend Trudy as we called her this morning for advise and within 15 minutes she replied with all the information we needed.
We have used Trudy for many years on houses that we have dressed to sell which has been a great success and wouldn't go to anyone else.

I highly recommend creative home seller, I can honestly say without Trudy and her help we would not of sold our house at the price we did, we first put our house on the market in April 2018, the house was unfurnished, we had a handful of viewings and for an area that property moves quickly we had very poor interest. We decided to take the house off the market and contacted Trudy at this stage for support, wish we had done that before hand.
Trudy came and met me at the house and went through everything with me, Trudy was very professional and very passionate about her work and this showed in the finished product. Trudy had the house looking so well I didn’t want to sell it and would gladly of moved back in and lived there, however needs must.
The property went back on the market at the end of August and the results were outstanding and the feedback from all the viewings was how well the house was decorated and staged. Within 2 weeks the house had 10 offers following 29 viewings and sold for over 10% above the asking price.
If we were ever selling a property again even it it was furnished with our own stuff, I would definitely contact Creative Home Seller to ensure that my property would sell fast and at the right price.
