I recently purchased an Oxford Cutmaker from Welding supplies Direct and I have to say I was very impressed with the service. The machine took some time (no fault of theirs) to come and they kept us updated every step of the way. I have been in contact since and get prompt replies to my emails. So Thanks Welding Supplies Direct for a swift professional service. I have no hesitation and am pleased to recommend them.
Bought new Oxford 200 amp mig today off weld supplies direct , the staff are excellent service 2nd to non & they go out of there way to please & look aft there customers even deliverd mig welding wire to my house aft welder was delivered at no extra charge . My partner has recently placed an order for a large amount of goods. We went for financing option and it was easy to checkout but then when ordered it said it would be 10 working day wait which was understandable considering the amount of items. We ended up waiting 2-3 weeks before we were told that they were waiting on a part to come from another country. I had to ring up to find out this information which was no fault of the welding supplies direct team. Tom the manager was absolutely fantastic with his communication throughout the whole process and Rachel was a star as well. She understood our frustration and did everything she could. The klarna part of the process was annoying because they had cancelled the order due to such a long time for waiting on miller to deliver a product. We then had to submit another order and do the finance again due to this problem. Once the new order was redone, the delivery side was very prompt and then was delivered within 3-5 working days. Then unfortunately once I had my receiver the order, we checked the items and 2 products were missing which wasn't anything to do with the company itself but the manufacturing side (miller). I had rang up on the same day and said we were missing them. They were very good and delivered the products within 24 hours.
Overall was a good experience with a few bumps along the way. We are happy with our order but will be using them again in future for any of our welding products

I ordered a spectacular welder (parweld xtm211di p2) and rang to make a change the delivery.
Jack went above and beyond with his customer service and knowledge not only on the products he sells but also with his own experience and knowledge of different levels of experience from the customer and what they are doing.
He was very helpful and super friendly just what you need when you are new to the art of welding and went above and beyond and then some, I particularly appreciated the personal touch for my 2 lads!
Can't recommend enough, will definitely

Very happy with my TIG welding equipment. Great product, great service and top people. Gave me very helpful follow up too when the delivery courier had difficulty. Clearly this is a well-informed, dedicated and highly motivated team with a really good attitude.
