I bought a property from London Square at Walton. The experience has been excellent and well managed. The Sales Team were always available to help and knowledgeable. The Customer Care team has been quick to address any issues and very professional. I am very pleased!
Their flats are a joke, you will hear literally everything in the flat above you, especially annoying if it's someone on housing benefits (which a lot of residents are, they're not all on shared ownership, many of them are on what they call "housing association " meaning housing benefits) who stays up all day and night with the television, radio and music. You will also hear them pounding when they walk. These "affordable" flats are made with awfully cheap wood and If you complain to the landlord they will try to blame you. Their customer service is run by young people on minimum wage. I am trying to escape from here.

I bought a property in Orpington in 2018 built by London Square and in the beginning everything seemed like a dream. It all happened very smoothly and communication was great. However it quickly began to change. First of all everything they had promised when showing us the show home was no longer possible. For example, they said we could choose what type of floor we wanted and then once we were locked in they said it wasn’t posible anymore as they had already bought all the flooring. Same for the kitchen bench. First they told us that we could choose the colour and then once we were locked in they told us it was too late when it was clear that the house was still being built. We ended up with no integrated microwave which had also been promised, amongst other things. They made an absolute mess of the loft. First we had a loft hatch, then they had someone come remove it and then after my husband and I questioned them of why there was no loft as the solar wasn’t connected and the company needed to access the loft to fix it they realised their mistake and got someone to place a loft hatch again. I believe they outsource a lot of the work and have some really bad contractors working on the properties who also damaged other things.
When we recently moved we noticed that our stairs were making a lot of noise which wasn’t normal so after a lot of emails to London Square they finally arranged for somebody to come and check. The contractor they sent out fixed the noise but made a hole in the newly laid carpet so it took us months of complaining to be able to get London Square to fix the hole that their own people had put in our carpet. This was pretty much always the same they sent somebody to fix something and then they broke something else.
Our house has the wrong external window but they also didn’t acknowledge the error made and say technically they provided a window even though it’s different style to every other house. A block of flats has a window fitted upside down so rain water will go straight in (see picture) and many of the buildings have water leakage.
They appointed a management company called Fairoaks Management Company to run the estate (review on that terrible company is separate) with London Square as directors. They are basically the ones that tell Fairoaks Management Company what to do. In recent years the development has hugely deteriorated. The gates that were put in place are not fit for purpose, the street light bollards have been broken down since 2020 with electrical cables exposed creating a safety hazard to everyone specially the small children that play outside. We have since been told they should never have been installed for this purpose.
The weeds have been left to grow out of control, the landscaped gardens has been left unattended or only cut the grass and now most plants are dead and there is nobody picking up the rubbish. Overall I am very disappointed I purchased a property with them and wished I never had. When London Square sold all the properties and locked the profits they disappeared and didn’t want anything else to do with the development. They also sold the common area grounds to another external company without giving the residents the chance to purchase it. We are now also paying money for that ground and the external company is only interested in collecting the money and won’t care what is done to the grounds.
The value of our properties will have deteriorated due to the unkept look and some residents are struggling to sell their properties.
Now every time somebody contacts London Square to try and improve the situation and make the development look desirable they pretty much say that they’re going to hand over the directorship to us residents. They basically don’t want to have any involvement in fixing the problems they and the management company they appointed have created.

I purchased my flat in 2018 in Isleworth and was living here since then. I initially had some issues, but their customer service has been helpful. When I hear stories from friends at other properties, I am glad bought my flat from London Square. The build quality is top notch, and I was supported in the first two years of the warranty period. I thought to leave this feedback for new buyers just to reflect my experience living a property built by this developer. Thanks London Square for everything and keep going with the great job you are doing.

As a customer based overseas, Luke and his sales team worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction of my daughters brand new apartment was as smooth as possible. The updates were so quick and any enquiries I had, they would be answered so promptly. We had never heard of London Square previously! Who knew such affordable, quality developments with exceptional customer service would exist!!

I recently bought a flat off London Square, and the whole process went perfectly from start to finish.
Louise and Diana in the sales team were on hand from the very beginning, answering any questions I had and helped out with any information or updates I needed, even after completion they have continued to provide me with any support I have asked for.
A really positive experience overall, and would definitely recommend others to purchase their properties through London Square!

I have had many dealings with London Square over many years and have only praise for their company ethos, integrity and honesty. The management and all their staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property in and around London to research London Square’s offering. Compared to the competition, London Square offer, second to none, premium quality, good value, individual properties, backed up by excellent customer service.
