They have an amazing product, however the team are awful at responding to queries and resolving problems. Their customer service is pretty non-existent. Our pool has been in construction for 4 years now and Clear Water still haven't commissioned it (even though we chase them on a continual basis). We opted for a natural pool at an increased cost because they made it sound so great. Unfortunately we have been left with a half-broken, incomplete project. Very disappointed!

Never had the courtesy to reply after 3 email requests. I would be reluctant to Choose this company. If they can’t reply to new customers how do they treat existing ?.

I have been around pool industry for 15 years. These guys are a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable and innovative pioneers. They really are genuine. There is nobody around who can offer plant free natural pools. I am truly impressed.
