Very good online configurator and ordering process. Everything was delivered on the quoted date. We only ordered a few pieces for a utility and had them delivered as flatpack and the assembly was straight forward as you'd expect. Good quality units and the doors and end panels at 22mm thick are solid!
It's a breath of fresh air to be able to walk into a showroom, peruse at ones leisure and not be bothered by a jumped up commission hungry sales person.
When I wanted help and advice, I simply ring the bell and are swiftly met with someone offing honest advice about their range and pros and cons Vs others with no hard sell.

We drove all the way from London to see their kitchens. I told the staff over the phone I would be coming. On the day there were 2 members of staff working there, neither of whom made them selves available to help us or ask us if we needed assistance. In the end we just left and it was a wasted trip

Order Parts, and was give a delivery week. I was then told a day that week. Then i get a phone call moving the day. Waited in all day nothing arrived called better kitchen. It'll be tomorrow now. Waiting. Part of the order arrived. Call better kitchen again. It will be tomorrow now, before 10am. No delivery. Call again after 12pm. We will wait and see. What a joke.

Review is based on the level of customer service we received from Mitch who was a pleasure to deal with. From our initial visit to the showroom, to tweaks made to the plans, he was on hand to help and assist in the best way possible. Separate review will be made when the kitchen arrives but very impressed so far on the level of service provided.

Seems like the only place I could get replacement doors that fitted and were the same as my B&Q doors. Took a door along to try and match the showroom ones and found one. Really pleased they made the right sizes and colour. 6weeks ish to get them back brand new. Easy to deal with the company and good customer service so far.

Having just built a house we needed a kitchen to go in it, plus utility. Better Kitchens really did save us thousands of pounds off the price of the Wickes and Howden quotes. Julian helped us right from the start with the plans and went through meticulously every item in our basket, which was fantastic. We could choose the delivery date that suited us, delivery driver was very helpful and we could not fault the service or products from this company. 2 slightly damaged items upon delivery that were replaced immediately, with no quibbles. The quality of the items we ordered was extremley good, and we're very very happy with everything.
Thank you Julian, Brian and team, an absolute gem of a company and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen!! ?

This was the first time we had bought a kitchen. We had absolutely no idea what we needed or how to lay everything out, but the design team here were so helpful in explaining to us all the options and layouts we could have. The 3D renders showing us what our kitchen could look like were so helpful when making our choices.
The order process was very simple and the team helped us every step of the way. They explained timelines, delivery process and were even able to help explain some of the fitting stuff to our guys on site putting it all together. We had a couple of pieces that were damaged on delivery and replacements were immediately ordered. We even had a piece missing (that we only realised as the last pieces of the kitchen were being put together) and the team were super quick to rectify this, and did it with ease.
I felt very looked after every step of the way and we are super happy with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend Better Kitchens to anyone looking for a quality built kitchen and impeccable customer service along the way.

Fantastic quality kitchen at an unbelievable price.
Prices are far more competitive than Howdens and Wren, but the delivered product is as good, if not better than these household name kitchen companies.
