We have owned an Azenco 6-section telescopic enclosure over our pool since 2018, supplied and installed by David and his team. We have been extremely pleased with it. It has extended the swimming season from April to October (with only solar heating) which exceeds our expectations. It is particularly useful in windy weather when we can swim under the cover. It also keeps leaves out in winter so much easier maintenance.
This year we asked David to fit replacement rubber seals on the end panels (where they seal against the deck) as they had shrunk a bit over the years. David had new ones fitted without charge - an impressive level of long-term customer care.
Excellent service and product (Neo 50 Pool Cover). David Lawrence was so helpful on all aspects and gave us great advice throughout on the supply and fitting. Also the cover is really good value compared to others in the market.

David is the most friendly and knowledgeable person you could wish to meet if you’re looking for a pool cover. He gave us plenty of advice and options and the team delivered and fitted our chosen pool cover very professionally. It’s made a huge difference to our use of the pool and we get at least another three months use out of it. It’s also far cleaner and uses a fraction of the chemicals compared to before.
We had a little issue with it a few years after it was fitted, completely down to us, not a fault with the cover. David sent his team down to sort it without a couple of days and they fixed it in no time. I highly recommend him and his team.

We bought our Azenco 5 section motorised pool cover from David Lawrence in March 2018 and have been so grateful that we did ever since. His advice on which size to buy was really helpful, the installation was quick and well organised and our pool cover has served exceptionally well to keep the leaves out and the heat in for over five years . We had a few technical teething problems to begin with but David obtained replacement parts from the manufactures and resolved all issues. Our pool cover has been very much appreciated and enjoyed for over five years but it has now needed some new wheels. David acquired these for us and organised their fitment very quickly and successfully. We have always been delighted with his service and would recommend David Lawrence and his company to everyone.

David and the team installed a lovely pool enclosure in our back garden. It took several weeks to come, but then they are bespoke and not 'off the shelf'. Installation team were courteous, timely and very professional. The cover slides easily over the length, not width of our pool. This design helps take the whole cover in the summer. We really are very happy and thoroughly recommend David's services.
