This company provided professional sounding advice prior to purchase which is why they were chosen as our vendors; we the buyers needed technical guidance. Their advice and recommended product has now provided good service for some years and seems perfectly suited to the room size it operates in. Annual service charge not cheap but they have done a good job maintaining the unit for some years, always timely and professional on site. Recommended and intend to use them again in a new property.

Customer Service is great on the phone - Bethany really helped us in a crisis when the Air Con in our comms room went down and was in constant touch letting me know updates.
The engineers attended the site the next day to diagnose the problem and followed up with a complete replacement the following week!

Air Option engineers were working ahead of the schedule to get the job completed at high standard. The disturbance created was minimum and the site was left clean and tidy after the installation.
