The team responded very fast to my email, answering my questions regarding some defects with a tool I ordered, and finding solutions without any delay in accordance with the tool manufacturer. All the tools I buy from classic hand tools are top rate quality. On the one occasion I had to return a product because of a manufacturing fault, it was replaced by return with a free return label for the damaged product. No questions asked. Always reliable and trustworthy. Good advice too if you need to ensure the product is right for your needs. They also source the best quality tools such as in specialist areas of carving - files, knives burrs etc, - the micro files from France are excellent for shaping detail and hard to reach places. It hurts to pay for any tool these days, but at least you can trust classic tools to supply a product that will last a life time if you know how to care for it.

Great place to buy woodworking hand tools. Always without any problems. As a customer outside UK great option is a little bit more expensive delivery where all taxes are already included. I also like the email function which informs me when products from my wish list are available.
