Jason Mulholland was recommended to us by a friend. It was a great recommendation, Jason was regularly in touch with us, produced a comprehensive report which was easy to follow, and provided us with plenty of good advice. Would highly recommend his services.
Jason fitted in our appointment at short notice to do an EPC on our home. He arrived on time and we found Jason to be very professional. We would recommend his services and would certainly contact Jason if needed in the future.

Jason performed an EPC for our property sale, he was very professional answering questions throughout the process. Myself and my partner were so impressed with the service; that we commissioned Jason to perform a Lvl2 survey on our onwards purchase. We had great contact with Jason prior to the survey, and a follow up meeting after the report was produced. The report was exceptional, highlighting items that needed to be addressed pre-exchange. Having the report in hand was the catalyst for several items of remediation work.
I would highly recommend Jason for the services that he offers.

We used the services of Worcester Property Surveys based on previous reviews as we are not from Worcester. I would 100% recommend them. Jason has been excellent and really helpful throughout the process. The actual report was clear and professional, and pre and post survey calls very useful. Thank you Jason.

Jason recently completed a level 3 home buyers survey for me. As a first time buyer, Jason guided me through the process and was very clear and took the time to explain the various parts of the survey. The report itself was incredibly detailed and gave me full piece of mind when it came to knowing all possible issues. As for the time it took, I got booked in far quicker than I expected and the report was completed very promptly. Jason also followed up with a detailed discussion of his findings.
Overall I couldn't recommend Jason enough and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any property surveys.

Jason has just completed a Level 2 survey on a property I am purchasing.
He was very responsive & professional from start to finish.
He answered all my questions and was available for calls pre & post survey for any queries I had.
Very good communication and clear explanations of what I could expect from the survey.
I am left with a comprehensive report and I couldn’t have asked for more.

We used Jason for a level 2 survey recently before the purchase of a house. Jason was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Firstly, the survey was booked in quickly. He also offered a call before the survey to talk through any particular concerns, then the survey we received was really insightful and detailed. When we showed the report to other family members who had had level 2 surveys done in the past they were shocked by the level of detail given!
Following the survey we also had a call with Jason to go through the findings and discuss anything further. He really takes the time to help and explain everything, was really responsive and was always willing to take questions at any point. As first time buyers we were a bit apprehensive about the whole process, but Jason talked us through everything and made it a really smooth process. He has even offered to answer any further questions we have on any further information received from the sellers following the survey.
Overall, would really recommend Jason to anyone. He doesn't just give you a report, but offers a really personal service and clearly takes pride and time in the work he does which is great. Thanks for your help Jason!
