Fantastic service, I left the delivery to the last minute as we weren’t sure when we were completing on our house before Christmas! Dave could not of been more helpful, he arranged the delivery a few days later going out of there way to fit me into there busy schedule the week before Christmas. The in shop experience was also a pleasure with Dave helping us select quality tiles, plus providing a swift quote and doing me a great deal as well. Would recommend this company to anyone, thanks again Dave and the whole team.
They were really easy to deal with and communicate. I had quite a few different free samples sent to me to help choose. The online order process was straight forward. They called to arrange delivery before despatch (especially as it was 1 month earlier than their website stock indicated).
The tiles arrived well packaged, the driver even had a powered pump truck so was able to get them to the top of my drive even though it’s on an incline.

Great selection of quality tiles at reasonable prices with some amazing deals on "managers specials". Not a fancy showroom, so you know you are paying for product and not the marketing. Very helpful staff and no cheap imports. We were able to take away a full size tile sample so you can match more easily than with the usual postage stamp size samples offered elsewhere. All grout, adhesive, trims & other accessories also available at good prices.

Fast delivery, high quality samples! I'm currently looking at several places for a kitchen floor, so I have been requesting samples from various different companies. Direct Tile Warehouse's free samples arrived before any other company and the quality is fantastic. I like how they also supplied a tile guide booklet. Prices seem pretty reasonable too!

Didn't find what we wanted in the end, but great selection. Mega helpful staff and good prices. So much better in every way than the shop next door

I placed two orders with this store and had no issues the first time however, when it came to putting a top up order through for the same tiles I was extremely shocked by the way this store operates. I needed the tiles to arrive on a Tuesday and was told by the customer service representative when I called up on the Saturday that they would definitely be able to get them to me for that day if I placed the order for the tiles that day. Happy with the fact that they had guaranteed delivery of these tiles for Tuesday, I decided to place the order immediately after the call. On the Tuesday no tiles were delivered, I called up customer service and they were very rude. Saying that it would have been impossible to get them to me for that day. I asked them to listen back to their phone calls and hear that the sales representative had advised me that they could, but they dismissed this. The tiles arrived on Wednesday morning and I have asked to return the tiles as I didn't need them anymore, my fitter had to make use of the wastage of the old tiles in order to finish the job on time. Now Direct Tile Warehouse want to charge me £55 to collect tiles that were only £90. Oh and they also won't refund the delivery! I would highly recommend people to avoid shopping at this store. They pressure people into buying the tiles and purposely make them very hard for people to return them. The customer service is non existent too. If you want good tiles I would recommend places such as Tile Mountain, Tile Crown and Tile Direct.

Fantastic service from the beginning. Helpful on the phone and able to beat another stores prices. They actually chat to you directly and you don't get put on hold, any issues with breakages were dealt with quickly and with no fuss.
An excellent service which is rare these days!!!
