After purchasing our second new build home we knew we need the help of professionals this time around. Saw New Home Quality control on social media. After watching the videos we decided we could do with their help! Booking was easy and the surveyor ‘Tony’ has been lovely! Received a comprehensive report within 24 hrs as we needed it asap. Great service all around! Well worth the money to put our minds at ease knowing we can address the builders directly with the snag list for them to complete! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you so much for saving us a job that would have taken months for us to spot. Definitely recommend!

Our snagging inspector turned up on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.
He answered all of our questions and we had the report turned around promptly.
Would certainly use them again, although I'm not in a hurry to buy another house!

We are really impressed with New Home Quality Control, it was an excellent and well delivered service, and they respond to emails promptly. Troy arrived on the property early, he was thorough, kind and responded well to our questions.
We got value for money paid!
I will definitely recommend them for anyone that needs snagging done on their home.

Had such a positive experience with new home quality control, Anthony. He was very punctual and friendly. We got the report over within 24 hours. I would 100% recommend anyone who is buying a new build to get booked in with these guys as it just gives you the peace of mind you need as it is all on a report. Thank you!

Lee performed the snag inspection at our new build in West Sussex. We were very happy with the service provided - no stones were left unturned and it was clear Lee knew what he was doing. Lee identified issues we would not have had a clue about, and was a very friendly guy who explained everything and answered any questions. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone purchasing a new build property.

Seen New Home Quality Control on Social Media so after taking the plunge buying a new build apartment, I knew I had to get an inspection. My inspector Helen was fantastic and couldn't believe the attention to detail she had during the inspection. Luckily my apartment was at a good standard without too many issues, but Helen helped identify Snags I would not have noticed myself. I received a detailed report the next day which I was able to send straight to my homebuilder to resolve. Would definitely recommend and is a must if buying a new build.

Johnny was brilliant, from estimating his arrival, explaining what he needed to do, being polite and friendly and very careful with shoe covers etc when inside the property. His process was very detailed, logical and he took plenty of time making sure he picked up any snags.
Johnny took the time to explain in layman's terms some of the details that would go into the report - why he was highlighting them, the impact of the builder not rectifying them (etc.). Report was sent over the next morning as promised with bags of easy to follow detail, including pictures with issues highlighted to stop the builder from trying to wiggle out of things!
All in all I'm not questioning asking the guys to snag the property, I only wish I'd done it on previous purchases! It's not a mistake I'll make again. Provides peace of mind and means an important task is being handled by a professional that knows the rules and regulations, and has the knowledge, tools and time to find any issues.
If you are on the fence, honestly, just do it. The reassurance it gives is very, very much worth it!
Thanks guys, now time for me to take these Tuna Melts to task over their mastic skills!

Couldn’t be any happier with this company. Very quick response to coming out to my home and an excellent job too. Orlando absolutely smashed it, good banter, some tips that will help my home and a thorough and well shown report.
Nothing is more important than getting your perfect new home and these guys will see to that. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We are so pleased we contacted New Home Quality Control to undertake the snagging of our new build home. The pricing was competitive and they managed to fit us in a small window given to us by our new build developer.
Lee did an outstanding job in finding important snags which we would have easily missed or not have had the experience to discover. Lee was respectful to our property and very thorough in every room inside as well as in the loft, garden and garage.
We certainly would recommend to anyone considering a post move snag to contact New Home Quality Control. They give you reassurance that your home is fit and ready to go.
