Really unfortunate experience. Very much wanted to like this company and gave them tons of chances. Ordered a set of window covers from them and was given a timeline of 4-6 weeks. Called them 6 weeks later, no response. Called a week after that, and was told it would be looked into. Emailed two further times looking for the window covers and was told they were looking into it again. Finally gave up and ordered a set from another company. Waste of time.

Not cheap (what is...?), yet worth every penny. We had AT&T make several customized items over the years, and have always been super pleased. Great folks on the phone when you call, eager to assist. Craftsmanship is most excellent. 10 stars!

Wow! All I can say right now is- WOW! The customer service I just experienced was OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME! Tonight I went into Alaska Tent and Tarp in hopes to find a couple of one off fasteners in hope I could Jimmy rig a netted dog barrier project for my truck. Not only did they actually have the couple pieces I needed BUT they took the time to listen to me and helped me come up with a solution to my issue. The personalized customer service from Alaska Tent and Tarp should be enough to get you in their front doors.

These friendly folks helped sew a bucle onto my daughters backpack. Best of all they did it on short notice and at less than $10. Super responsive friendly staff. I wish could watch them sew in action.
