Good selection of outdoor items. Clothes can usually be found in all sizes. Clean comfortable store, rather a destination on its own with all the displays.

This is a typical “CABassPro” shop. Lots of gear, however, they were completely out of almost everything we needed for salmon fishing. This is the season, and there were zero supply of the right size leaders, the right size hooks, etc. Additionally, nobody here seems to know anything about anything. Asked about different areas and fishing, no one could answer. I did get several suggestions to look on the Alaska fishing game site fishing reports I must be getting old, because even back in my young days, when you walked into a Cabela’s or a bass pro shops, everybody behind the counter knew everything about everything in the store. They knew what fish were biting, they knew what the best flies were to choose, what the hot lures were, and where the bite was. My, how far the mighty have fallen…

Excellent customer service and customer experience! Gentleman helped us with selecting binoculars to go see Denali. While daughter was away, he brought out a second pair that he thought we might like for her but wanted parents approval. Very thoughtful! Another lady was wonderful showing daughter swim clothing options and walked all around the clothing area with us. Very clean store with high quality products!

Pretty cool place. Went here for a knife that the website said was instock(limited quantities) here and at Cabela's. It was not. I tried to see if they had another knife, that I would like instead. The staff and store was so nice, that I had to give a 5 star rating. I ended up getting the one I wanted, from Amazon 2 days later.

I absolutely loved this Bass Pro. It has a spectacular view of the mountains coming outside the front door. Plus the interior decoration is pretty unique and some of the things they carry are because it's Alaska. And the staff was very polite and friendly to us out-of-towners.

These guys were so helpful, they helped us understand where to fish and what’s in season so that we could purchase the right gear to fish with. We spent quite a lot of time walking the store and finding everything we needed and it was clean, organized and they had everything we needed and more. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for any fishing or hunting gear.
