Horrible company to work with. Rv was not stocked as requested, or promised. There was actual garbage bags full of garbage in the RV when we got it. Broke down which can happen but then they refused to communicate with us and left us strained for 2 days, lied to us about when they were showing up. Refused to communicate after we returned.. still don't have a response. Horrible.
Very friendly staff. Rejected the first RV because tires were bald. The generators are useless as you can't charge your cell phone with it or recharge the RV batteries.RV was in fair condition. They provided shuttle service to and from their facility.

We did not listen to the advice and reviews from others and had a terrible experience. Even after confirming multiple times leading up to the day before our trip, we got to them and were told that there was no RV for us. I was told the night before that the RV was already parked and waiting for us and that we were set.
They never called or communicated this and when we asked why, were told that they were busy. They also did not want to refund and had no remorse.

Stay away from this company! My family and I had to swap RV 3 times. I ended up fixing one of the plumbing when their employee just caulked around the P trap pipe.
-bad battery
-broken water heater
-clogged drain
-broken plumbing which caused flood inside
-sharp screw sitting out on the wood, scratched one of the kids
-dining bench broken
Although, Chrystal was awesome, hopefully another company would take her, great customer service which earns only 1 star.
Owner/Manager was horrible. With all of these, no credit. Just mind boggling.
Price may be attractive but not worth the hassle.

We have rented from them for years and have not had a bad experience. We will continue to deal with Clippership only.

I recently rented at Clippers and a couple times a few years back. Luda and Crystal were very helpful from beginning to the end by communicating and completing the paperwork. I didn’t have any problems. I and my family had great time. Thank you .

It was our first experience with an RV an we really enjoyed it! The RV was not the newest one but the cheapest one we could find and still had much to offer. Pretty much everything worked with minor issues and it got us everywhere we wanted to (we rented it for 4 weeks). Also Crystal was very helpful and texted back immediately.
