We have been buying appliances from Allen and Peterson for over 30 years. In April, we purchased a new stove and refrigerator and were told it would be 4-6 weeks. They had us pay for the total price upfront. I called 8 weeks later and was told the range was in but not the refrigerator. Yesterday, I was told it would be delivered. It wasn't and no one bothered to call. I have left two call with messages to a manager with no response.
Terrible customer service!
From the store experience to the delivery/install this has been a breath of fresh air. The staff kept what I wanted in their frame of reference for suggestions, what I could afford and my need. The delivery guys were top notch. Such care that you just don’t usually see any more. Would without a doubt go through them again. And love my new dryer and warranty!

Reliable, efficient, and excellent customer service. They always approach me immediately in the store to assist and have very reasonable delivery timelines. Their drivers are courteous and efficient. They have a good variety of in-stock appliances. I have purchased several appliances from Allen & Petersen and will continue to in the future.

Easy purchase, what I wanted was in stock, too! The delivery and installation crew were the highlight of the purchase, being professional and creative to get the job done right. Highly recommended!

Allen and Petersen has been my go to store for appliances for 25 years. They are professional, dependable, and so knowledgeable. They certainly have my 5 star rating!

This was for a Bosch Induction Range. Excellent customer care. Great help from the sales associate and the delivery service. Very pleased with this store.

Top-notch experience with the appliance sales team (Garrett) and with very professional delivery the very next day after purchase. Could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. We continue were to have our best experiences buying appliances from Allen & Peterson and are glad to continue working with this great local business.

We are incredibly grateful for our experience with Allen & Peterson’s staff specifically-Donald along with their delivery service staff. Products were in stock. Donald was super knowledgeable and friendly! Ordered Friday, kindly matched pricing, delivered Tuesday. Efficient, strong movers! Very pleasant. Removal of old items- was only a $25 fee- best in town!
Wonderful experience- highly recommend.

We bought an in stock GE washer & dryer on Tuesday and a Bosch stove on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday. Thank you Samantha for the quick service and delivery. Such a smooth & stress free experience.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Allen & Petersen. We are grateful that Donald (appliance specialist) took time to show us the different models available. Donald was very knowledgeable about the appliances and helpful with finding us the right one. Everything from the purchase to the delivery and install was easy and very appreciated!

I called about Speed Queen washing machines. Garrett took down my info and promised to call me back. By the afternoon he got back to me with information on different models and included pictures. It was snowing heavily and we didn’t feel like going out so I ordered it over the phone. Garrett was so polite through the whole process. My machine was delivered as promised and the delivery guys were very professional. I am extremely happy with my washing machine and Allen & Peterson

Just had to replace our washing machine. Excellent service and excellent delivery. From management, sales staff to delivery Allen & Petersen made this an easy purchase. I love all of the quality items we have purchased there. We will continue to use Allen & Petersen for appliances and kitchen needs! One of our favorite additions from A&P are the very best frying pans we’ve ever used. They have so many great kitchen items for the discerning home chef. Friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful staff and great delivery service professionals.
