We are in the process of designing our newly built home and chose indoor flooring and tile features through K&W Interiors. Nicole Van Vleet has been our Designer since we started, and she is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting us with the flooring and tile features, and was great at providing all sample ideas and pairing them for what the overall feature would look like. Very impressed with how responsive she has been along the way, and keeping us up to date regarding materials being ordered. We had picked out our kitchen/master bathroom countertops elsewhere, and Nicole was able to pull those samples so we could tie all of our selections together. Definitely recommend Nicole and K&W Interiors!
Nicole Van Vleet at K&W was great to work with; she knows her products, sweats the details, and listens. I had a ball working up designs with her.

Niki at K&W was the most knowledgeable and helpful person on my new home construction! She made decision making manageable, had excellent recommendations and things to take into consideration. She was responsive and clear in her communications. And, very patient as I kept changing my mind! What a fantastic employee and nice quality materials. 100% satisfied and highly recommend this company.

We worked with Nicole and Kaitlyn - both are very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. We were in and out of the Anchorage area so they made it very easy to meet virtually from afar or coordinate with email. The only minor critique we have is the company charges a 3% service fee for credit cards. There are other payment options so no problem, but would be preferable to not pass the credit card fees onto the customer.

I can't say enough good about K&W. We worked with Nikki and she was incredible. Not only does she have incredible taste, but she really knows her stuff! I left feeling more than satisfied with my decisions.

My wife and I were relocating to Anchorage from the lower 48 and decided to start a new construction build remotely. We worked very closely with Nikki at K&W. She helped us with countertops, flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate, tile), and our island. From the beginning we knew that we were in good hands. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and knows her stuff. We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Nikki and hope that she will have us back in the future for other new constructions or remodeling projects if needed!

We worked with Nicole Van Vleet at K&W on our new build, and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! My husband and I are currently living on the east coast while building new construction in Alaska, as such we could not personally attend any selection meetings, however Nicole helped us expertly over zoom and via email. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and made so many valuable suggestions as we designed the kitchen, selected flooring, carpet, tile etc over zoom. She was always so mindful of our budget and did an outstanding job of providing us with so many options that were in budget. Throughout the building process we have interfaced with countless vendors, and my husband and I unanimously agree that Nicole has been the single BEST we have had the privilege of working with!!!

I am beyond pleased with the first-class service and products provided by K&W! Nikki and Cheyanne were at the forefront of our home build experience. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They went above and beyond to create solutions that worked for our vision while keeping us within our budget. Honestly, working with Nikki and Cheyanne was the least stressful part about choosing finishes for our new home. I would 1000% work with them in the future. Truly amazing people to work with!

Cheyanne assisted us in picking out most of the interior selections for a new home. She was very knowledgeable about not only the materials, but also the approximate cost differences. She did have good advice regarding design, but in the end leaves you feeling comfortable to choose what you like. With little to no interior design experience of our own and no one specific working to help us Cheyanne offered helpful and practical advise. Over all we had a great experience and would recommend K& W as well as Cheyanne!

I worked with Cheyanne to select cabinets and flooring for a new-build project. She was terrific. She always made herself available, whether on the phone or in-person, she explained things clearly, and she was supportive and enthusiastic about the choices I made. Most of all, I appreciate that I never felt pressured. I asked to revisit my flooring choice at the 11th hour (after she'd generated multiple quotes for me over several weeks), and she didn't hesitate. Rather than express frustration, she warmly encouraged me to review my options again because she wanted me to be happy with my selections. Definitely a person I would work with again!

The staff at K&W were experts in helping me navigate the many options when redesigning our kitchen. I was overwhelmed trying to do it on my own but they helped my bring all the pieces together into a wonderful design.
On top of that, when we had an issue with the counters, the owner took the time to make it right.
We appreciate their design knowledge and the willingness to go above and beyond when called upon. It was SO worth it. Thank you!

We recenlty used K&W for a major kitchen remodel. We LOVE our new kitchen! They did a wonderful job and I was very impressed with the quality of their subcontractors. Everyone who entered our home was respectful and professional. Morgan took my "vision" and made it better. The end result is a gorgeous kitchen designed to compliment our lifestyle.

John is an extremely skilled project manager who is wonderful to work with. He was always on top of all of the details of our project. We could not be happier with the results!

I’m always apprehensive when entering a buyer/salesperson situation. I don’t like to be sold/pressured to buy or choose something that I don’t like. While having our new home built we were sent to K&W to pick out many of the interior features such as flooring, tub/shower surrounds, backsplash and fireplace accents. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with the interior design specialist Nicole. She was so easy to work with. Right away she listened to our ideas and price point. From beginning to end she kept all of this in mind and put together wonderful options for us to choose from. When building a new home and selling a current home things can become stressful but every time we met with Nicole she created an environment where it was easy to relax and enjoy the experience of choosing everything without going outside of our budget. Anytime I started to question our selections she was always willing to meet and double check to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything that we had selected. We felt that she was knowledgeable in all areas of current trends, installation, pricing and quality of products. I would highly recommend Nicole and K&W.
