We went to the open house where they were celebrating 85 years. Everyone was super nice. What a fun event for the whole family.
Earlier this year while building Fence for a Family friend I was running late for a load of Agg blend and cement and called the desk to ask if they would Please wait for me, not to close as I was on the way...Kyndal and Prentice totally stepped up and helped me and saved the day!! I guess it helps being a regular for the last 20 years fencing coming in for loads...I came back to the jobsite with a full load ready to set posts on a Saturday thanks to those 2

Customer service was great, they gave me options that fit my budget for having materials delivered versus me purchasing by the bag and hauling myself.

Seems strange to review a sand and gravel business, but let me tell you I’ve used their products for multiple home and garden projects over the years and they have always been friendly, helpful, and have the products I need at prices I really like. Our most recent purchase included pea gravel for the garden, some tools, and pavers. Getting in to the shop, picking out products, and getting it pulled to the loading area was a breeze — plus the forklift operator was super helpful in getting the materials off the lift and into our car. They had products available that we had looked all over town to find (including the "big box stores). Super happy to be able to build the patio that we wanted.

walked in here had no idea what i needed but knew what I wanted to do, the guy up front lisened to my project idea and set me up with everything i needed, and even gave me a few pointers on how to make it look good. all and all my project came out perfect and I'm heading there tomorrow to start another project.

We do a lot of business there although they do make some mistakes personable very willing to work with companies. I always can get in and get out they're not afraid to admit if they make a mistake or help you fix one that you made.

Don't bother to go unless you are a trucker. Terrible customer service here. First, I call the O'Malley location to inquire about getting a trailer weighed for my move to the lower 48. The lady informs me that yes they do this for a fee but doesn't bother to tell me that the location I was calling was not where the weigh scale was. Drive there, can't find the scale, so I call back and she says oh yeah it's not here it's over off Klatt. So I go to that location and the people at the desk there were nice but once again, this is not where I could get my trailer weighed. So I go to where the actual scale house is, wait in line and get to the scale house. The lady there very rudely yells, "what are you doing??" I said, "I was told I could get my trailer weighed here." She rudely replies that she doesn't have time for me, that I need to pull to the side out of the way and that they need to get their commercial trucks through. So I explain to her that I was trying to get to this scale for the last hour because no one could tell me the right place to go and it would have been nice if they would have told me ahead of time that I shouldn't go now because they would be too busy. She tells me to the pull to the side and if they have time they'll try to get me in. Really? You expect someone to pay $25 to use your weigh scale and you are that rude to them? If she would have nicely told me sorry and that they were too swamped right now I would have said ok, no worries. But no need to be rude. So no thanks, not getting my money. I left.
