On time and a quick fix. ??
Was having issues with main breaker flipping. Called them on a Thursday evening, they were out at the house Friday early afternoon. Very friendly and professional. Quickly found and resolved the issue, explained what was going on and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Very happy with the service and price.

We called M & M Electric for help in a kitchen lighting upgrade from out of date fluorescent lighting to new LED recessed lights. We set a date and Frank came out and after looking things over made some suggestions and assured us the project could be done. We couldn’t have been more fortunate to have Ron do the work we wanted done. He is the ultimate professional electrician who worked with us with our ideas, his ideas and knowledge and to-the-code installation. He ensured everything was protected from drywall dust and potential damage while working.
M & M Electric is a high quality and very professional company that truly understands customer service. The overall bill for the project was actually below what we were expecting. Well done M & M Electric and thank you Frank and Ron.

I feel like they are professionals and they seems to do a good job overall. They did leave the panel on the breaker off and open, which we simply put on. Also, I don’t feel they were trying to be dishonest but I’m left feeling somewhat dissatisfied with the added charges. I did have one change order that I was aware of and when the final invoice was about $2000 higher than the original estimate, I spoke with Frank and Morgan who let me know that there were two other change orders. Unfortunately I was under the impression that those things were part of the original estimate. Probably just unclear communication, but still left me feeling less than happy about the overall service. I would not discourage anyone from using M and M electric, I just advise to have clear communication and in writing. I probably will not use them again.
