Raven's the best. I have been working with the team for years. They have resolved an intermittent power issue with a dishwasher, upgraded garage/shop lighting, identified and addressed a safety issue with a breaker, installed a generator, including all the permits, trenching, annual maintenance, all while dealing with a 40+ years old electrical system. The after hours on-call availability is good too. One call I made involved great troubleshooting over the phone so I could keep working on a project, with a recommendation for a specific electrical testing device to have on hand if the same thing happened in the future, and no charge for the time on the phone. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to getting the job done every person on the team brings expertise, commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on customer service.
Matt and Brett provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond in the work Raven did for us. 10/10 would hire again.

Roxanne was competent and friendly. Installed 6 ceiling lights in an older home. Had to fix some of the wiring. Did a great job. Raven was reasonably priced. Will use again. Recommend.

Communication, timeliness, knowledge of their trade, quality and cleanliness of work was exceptional. Matt was quick to give an estimate, talked me through the whole thing and continued to follow up (unprompted) through the project. Nate was always on time, worked quickly, made as little damage to Sheetrock as possible, and cleaned up when he left. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner "Dave House" needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a "must" for you. They are a true Alaskan "make it happen" company regardless of unique circumstances and in our case location!

We want to express our sincere thanks to Dave and his crew, especially Nate and Matt, for cleaning up some vintage 1978 wiring issues and ensuring that the house was up to code. Great service, in a very timely manner! These guys show up on time and work hard to get the job done right. We are very happy with the service and material that came at a great value. We plan to have Raven Electric back out for our next project!

Our electrician was Matt and he went above and beyond to not only diagnose and help with our electrical problems, but also gave fantastic advice for other problems as well as networking with people in the community for us. I am extremely pleased with Raven electrics help in a stressful time.

I previously called another electrical company with 279 5 star reviews to repair my service entrance damaged by heavy snow that slid over my cricket protection braking my weatherhead and shorting cables. Chugach disconnected me and pulled my meter. That company said it would take a week to get a Chugach engineer and muni inspections. They said they'd set up and rent me a generator and it would cost $5000 to $10000 to fix and my homeowners insurance will cover it.
I felt like they had me over a barrel so I called Raven. They were out promptly and had everything taken care of in a few hours for less than their $1000 estimate. They even gave me a 10% senior discount.

Roxanne was our electrician from Raven Electric Nov. 2, 2023. Such a professional, knowledgeable young lady!! We had several complicated issues to fix and she fixed them all!
