Great communication and Dakota is knowledgeable and explained the process/issue to my "unhandy" partner well.
As he was driving off, he noticed the garage door wasn't latching properly (since we had to manually open it when the power died) and GOT OUT OF THE CAR to help latch it back on! What a sweetheart!

Great local, family-owned business! Highly recommend Rising Son. They made several repairs for my house, and they succeeded in bringing an older house up to code at a reasonable cost. They couldn't be reached recently in March, 2021 was due to an emergency but they are back.

This is a great local business to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work. Vennessa was very friendly over the phone and she was able to get us scheduled right away. Had a noon appointment. The electrician waited until 12:45 to call and say he was running late. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and took my business elsewhere.

Dakota answered my voice message in less then 30 minutes. He came over and ran a couple test and told me that my issue was MEA. Totally polite and would 100% call again for any electrical services.
