Charged me for expited shipping on parts order and UPS failed miserable and CTE didn't help to rectify that situation.

Jamie E. was super awesome to work with. I have never purchased a tractor before, and she answered all of my questions and kept in extraordinarily good contact with me throughout the process. I own a couple businesses, and I know good service when I experience it. The mechanics and sales staff were top notch. I shopped around for the tractor, box scraper, backhoe, and snow blower that I ended up buying, and I could not be happier with my purchases and the price I paid. Money well spent. 10/10 would recommend Craig Taylor all day every day.

My machine is a 1974 M700 bobcat. They, at least at the time, didn't have any technicians who had a clue how to work on a machine with a distributor. I didn't have time to work on my machine, and they told me changing the distributor wouldn't be a problem for them. That was a huge lie! They told me they couldn't get it running, and didn't know what was wrong. They wanted to charge me $1400! We settled on just over $400, which was way to much! This was just for labor as I provided the distributor. They had set the distributor about 40 degrees off! I finally made time to work on it, and she fired right up once I set the distributor in about the correct position. That was after sitting for 4 years! She was running the week before I paid a tow truck to haul her in. I didn't want to write this review until I had her running again, just in case there really was something wrong with the engine. I don't know how they do with new machines, but if you have an older machine, DO NOT BRING IT TO THEM!

Would not recommend to anyone! We took our mower to them to get fixed charged us $166 and weeks of time for work that was already done and did not fix the problem. Service manager begged us to bring it back and promised it would be fixed right away. Magically it was now a warranty issue and that they had to order parts. Weeks later still nothing couldn't even get a call back or any info besides it wasn't even being looked at. Had to get Honda corporate involved just to get any answers at all. Weeks later again got the mower finally working and now have claimed that it was all Honda's fault and that they would not reimburse us $166 for the miss diagnoses and waste of labor and time [even though it shouldn't be Honda's responsibility to pay back money Craig Taylor charged wrongfully]. Instead Honda gave them $43 for labor that was on the real fix so we would get that. The COO of this company is who we were dealing with has no idea what customer service is to say the least I will never do business with them or there other branches. Will strongly encourage everyone I know not to as well to avoid the same nightmare and almost the entire season with out our brand new mower.
