I had a positive experience with Anchor Fenceworks. Out of the 5 estimates I got for my fence installation, Anchor Fenceworks and one other fence company gave me estimates that were much more reasonably priced. I also liked that the estimator came to my house, did some measurements, went in his car and had an estimate for me in 10 minutes. This estimate was exactly what I paid (50% up front and 50% after completion). Most of the other fence contractors took 1-2 weeks to get me an estimate. One other fence contractor even called me 2-3 times after coming to my property saying that he needs to charge me more because he has to dig deeper holes than he thought and had to hand dig some holes because of the location where he wanted to put the posts. Anchor Fenceworks was also the only company that didn't charge me a transaction fee for using a credit card. I don't like how these credit card transaction fees are becoming the norm in the contracting world. I get that a company has to pay for credit card transactions but my belief is that this fee should be the responsibility of the merchant, not the consumer. A little less than a year after my fence was built and after a harsh AK winter, I noticed one of my gates was not latching properly. I gave Anchor Fenceworks a call and they came out to look at it. I thought it was just going to be replacing the latch with a couple of screws. It turned out that one of the posts slightly twisted and needed to be replaced. They came out and fixed this free of charge and even replaced a couple of pickets as well. Overall, I was very happy with the customer service I received even a year after the fence was installed.

Anchor Fenceworks agreed to build a wood fence at my home and said they had availability in 6-8 weeks. I gave a 60% deposit payment at that time. After about 8 weeks they canceled to the job and were rude, arrogant and super unprofessional. They did refund the deposit but wasted 8 weeks time. Apparently they have plenty of jobs and are quite entitled and arrogant at this point.

I highly recommend Anchor Fencework. They did a great job installing my new cedar fence. The fence is beautiful. They worker seamlessly in removing my old, worn, tired fence and installing the new. All done in a matter of a few days. I will use again, no question.

Anchor Fenceworks did an amazing job on the installation of our Chainlink fence. Xavier handled all of my questions and scheduling in a timely manner, answered his phone every time I called, and provided great customer service. The install team was friendly and provided excellent work. There was only one issue which was the door opening swung the wrong way but when I called to have it changed Xavier himself came out the same day to swap it. I would 10/10 recommend Anchor Fenceworks.
