Bought 2 small heaters here... Check out took over 15 minutes with 0 effort to make the inane process they have concocted less cumbersome (involved some kind of computer transfer from a warehouse account to the front end despite the heaters being visible from check out) and time consuming for the customer. I then had to return one of the heaters because I didn't need it--despite it being only 2 weeks later, unopened, and retailing at $40 with a receipt that process involved a manager, the customer service rep going to lunch in the middle of the transaction forcing another person to have to get involved, completing a form on paper that the person then manually input in to a computer as I stood there culminating in another 10 minutes of my life wasted. In short --absolutely horrendous customer service, cannot recommend more strongly against this place.

Recently went to this New store... the TV's in front are playing the same thing just with a 2 second delay and the volume was going up and down so much I couldn't understand the cashier. I said something to her about and I could tell she didn't want to complain about it and just said sorry. But a moment later she was holding the side of her head complaining about headaches from the noise... she told me she has complained to the boss and other also have complained and the boss tried to fix it once quickly and has just made employees and customers just deal with it.... it not a hard fix.... just mute one tv but nope this boss guy must have the demo video with full volume.... not returning to this store... every time I go to AIH I'm more disappointed

Manager Nick was super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure my needs were met. Service like this, even when busy and meeting a high demand from staff and other customers is hard to find these days and definitely worthy of recognition! Thank you Nick!
