I used Laura and her Suite Staging team for the remodel and sale of my home in late September/early October of 2022, right when the market was shifting away from favoring sellers. BEFORE hiring Laura, we had lowered the price TWICE in the first 60 days my home was listed with only one ridiculously lowball offer (way below my lowest asking price). Laura was recommended to me by a neighbor, whose sister had hired her and she had been thrilled with the results (an above asking price offer within days). Based on that recommendation, I had high hopes; Laura and her team knocked it out of the park. She came by for an initial consultation and Laura walked through the space, then she gave me two options- 1. I could hire her for staging only, or 2. I could hire her to make some updates and have minor remodeling done in key sections of the house, plus staging. I went with option two and gave her free rein to make whatever changes she felt were appropriate. Her estimate was FAR below anything else I had bid for similar projects in the prior 30-60 days. She and her team has the work done in less than 30 days- and when it went back on the market, (at an increased the price that more than compensated for the cost of her services) we received a FULL PRICE offer within 24 hours. SHE IS THAT GOOD. I can't recommend her highly enough. I am so grateful she was recommended to me and encourage you to consider her as an essential part of quickly and successfully selling your home.
