Worst dispatch dept. I've ever delt with. Customer for years, when I have an emergency, they wanted payment in advance, for labor,and couldn't get to me for a week. They charged me $330 for a diagnostic visit which included the technician being on the phone with Navien while having a smoke in his truck for over an hour. No discount for veteran, over 70, no mercy.
The company I called quoted me less than half the labor cost, and will be here tomorrow. Enough said. GO ELSEWHERE.
We hired to do the job they took our new equipment and never finished the job and we were requesting to finish the job and get back our equipment we had to call many times signed contract on October and didn't finished and they came on February and still didn't complete and not returned our machine
Pls fix whoever answering the phone
And return our new equipment and finish the work
We are sick and tired keep calling and no work is done also taking our new motor is stealing I don't know why we have to keep calling and no work is done also now you send to collection? Even the work is not finished and ran away with our motor?
Finish the work and return what doesn't belong to you guys thermostat been not installed we had to buy and install our self
I will wait to hear from your company in writing as we called and verbally been not working
This is our last try to put here as no actions been taking since October 2023

We have had them out several times to fix plumbing issues on our old boiler. A+ customer service every time. They took the time to listen to my armature diagnostic of the situation. Quickly identified the problem, and fixed it. I am just really pleased with them.

First time we used their service was for a simple issue, a zone valve replacement, which went well and we had no complaints.
Second time, we lost running water to our house. They quickly sent someone out for diagnostics and charged us, ultimately stating that our well pump was not working and recommended a well company. That evaluation cost a few hundred dollars as I recall. I told them that our well was new and two years old.
When I told a friend, a retired plumber, he said that he wanted to look at my set up. He very quickly proved them to be wrong by draining water from the water tank and proving that it refilled from the well pump. Within 20 minutes, he found out that our metal filtration device was clogged. We removed that and water flowed perfectly to the house.
I called Anchorage Plumbing and Heating and they were apologetic and actually gave us a partial credit towards the installation of a new water device. We chose the Pentair Pentek Big Blue Filter. They installed it horizontally and told me to prop it up with a 2x2, as shown in my picture. I noticed that whenever I replaced the filter, the O-ring never seemed to fit. When I asked my friend, he said it was the wrong O-ring size and also said that it was installed incorrectly in a horizontal orientation. I brought the O-ring to Alaska Pure Water who confirmed that the O-ring was not the correct size, hence my battles with leaking, and that it had been installed incorrectly and that it was actually not functional in the horizontal orientation. They informed us that our water has not been correctly filtered as a result for the last 1-2 years.
My friend helped me fix their installation and I bought a new O-ring that fits, and everything works fine now.

Overcharge, Overcharge, Overcharge. Do not use this service, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. My final bill was thousands of dollars more than the original quoted price and I had to practically beg them to pull a MOA permit for the project. Sage Mechanical is a way better choice if you like the price you were quoted to stay the same and if you like excellent customer service. I'm a general contractor and I could barely make it work with this company.

Very poor experience, avoid if at all possible. Would not provide a quote for the work to be done, then told me it was my wife's fault that they didn't provide one prior. Couldn't even finish the job on a shower valve install, when she asked after the job the plumber told her "your husband can take care of it I won't". Misogynistic, rude, and unprofessional service from the craft and office staff.

Asked for them to look at my leaking water heater- turns out it needs to be replaced. So I bought a new one myself and try to schedule an installation. They quote me two grand. I ask why, they say that's the price of a new heater. I say I don't need a new heater, I bought one myself. Finally I'm scheduled. Except the day rolls around and they didn't actually schedule me in. So I call them and whoever was working the desk sounds 100% stoned, still asking for over two thousand dollars. I remind him I'm only scheduled for install, not purchasing a new heater. Their new quote that they keep giving me is not registering in their system. And no one calls to inform you of a new quote, or to confirm your appointment.
I'm sure if they ever actually installed the heater, it would work quite lovely. But you need to be able to get someone out to your house in the first place for that to work. I'm fed up and cannot recommend their services.

Have been working with them for over three weeks. They will not shown up for the appointments they set. They show up late and give some excuse for not fixing it. The best one so far is because there were kids in the building. I live in a condo? They set the appointment for 1pm and showed at 3:30+. Still didn't fix the shower.
