Equipment is not maintained properly. Manager yells and screams at ya, if equipment breaks down, (due to not being maintained correctly) the renter is blamed. Filters show services are from years ago.
Friendly and helpful. Decent inventory for a small town.

If you want to talk to someone who consistiently talks so fast as to imply shes VERY busy, this is the place. She will talk right over the top of you before you can finish a question! Beyond a ridiculously high price for a boom lift ($700 plus for a day), this place has no customer service skill. At this point I'm assuming their primary audience is big contractors, not the average homeowner.
