Amazing experience!! Bob in rental was able to arrange a fork lift - very last minute - to unload 25 pallets of nonparishable food to feed the less fortunate at our free medical clinic, here in Fairbanks. This allowed us to help feed over 150 families. Incrediblly grateful to Airport Equipment Rental for facilitating the rental.

Ted at AER always goes above and beyond to make sure all our equipment needs are met, and he’s not a rent and forget kind of guy. Always checking up to make sure you are happy with what you have. And breakdowns are a priority for them.

As the other reviewer mentioned, not only do they not maintain their rental equipment, they rent out faulty equipment and then try to illegally charge your credit card for it without contacting you when it breaks. Rented an engine lift for a couple of days and when we hooked the engine up to move it to the truck the arm bent. The engine was well within the lifters weight limit and we had all of the proof from the shipping slips. Even so, these people wanted to charge us full price for a NEW lifter, not just the arm piece, and claimed it was our fault somehow. They went further and charged our credit card without telling us, or having us there to sign it. We asked to talk to the owner, who is supposedly local, but he is always in California, not local. I would avoid dealing with this place by all means necessary.

We rented a leaf sweeper from this place and by the time I got it home and ready to use it I noticed that it wasn't ever maintained. One wheel gears were completely gone and the other wheel gears were right along with it. It only turned a quarter of the time and did not pick up any leafs. Upon return we told them that it was broken and they just argue with us the whole time. They moved it three feet and said it worked. They are scam artists and their equipment is a joke. They ended up charging us anyways despite our argument. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company ever as they have horrible customer service and have no care for the equipment they rent.
