Easy folks to work with and made pick up and drop off of equipment smooth. Highly recommend if you're coming from out of state to hunt, go with their full camp set up, that would have been the only thing I'd do different. Thanks again guys!

These people were amazing. They were both helpful and friendly. When we had a problem and a jacket got torn, they were super understanding, let us switch it out and did not make us pay for the whole jacket. Plus, we were able to pick up our gear in Anchorage, and return it in Fairbanks, which was super convenient. Five stars is not even a high enough rating – They were really fantastic

Amazing people all the way around! Michelle was so fantastic to work with from the very beginning all the way to the end. She helped us figure out exactly what we would need and answered all my questions. Providing us with a way to transport everything and making dropoff/pickup so easy was such a blessing during hectic travel. Michelle gave us many ideas on places to visit and ways to find more information on Alaska events while we were there. Great company!!

Rented clothing to snowshoe to Tolovana hot spring in December (temperature was around ‐10F). Ended up doing much of the hike in the dark with strong winds but the stuff we rented was high quality and kept us warm! We managed to completely mess up our reservation beforehand, accidentally making the booking in Anchorage instead of Fairbanks, and forgetting to reserve gear for one of our party, but Michelle still got the job done and prepared brand new gear on the day of completely last minute and we hardly lost any time. Pick up and drop off was also really convenient. Great customer service!
