Milo at ESI was great to deal with. There were a couple of set backs due to the time of year and he was open about them every step of the way. He kept in constant communication and answered every question I had. He even got me a better deal on financing than I got on my own when I was ready to purchase my new tractor. Milo and ESI were also the only dealer in town that called me back when I started shopping around. 5 stars. I would recommend ESI to anyone looking to get into a new piece of equipment.

I've bought a tractor and a couple attachments from ESI. Happy with all of it. The people are always friendly and easy to work with. The only feedback I would offer (and why I didn't give you a 5) is that your communication isn't the greatest. Maybe you're overworked and understaffed like everyone else but I generally have to call 2-3 times to find out what's going on with my order or service or whatever is going on. You probably have 100's of pieces of equipment you're ordering or servicing at any given time, but for the customer, it's our only one and we kinda need it, ya know? Maybe just once a week or so, give the customer a call with an update so we know what's going on. :)

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have purchased several gen sets from equipment source and every single one has had warranty related issues with radiators, missing seals, alternators. Their warranty service is absolutely worthless. I've had to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars to fix machines that are less than one year old. I would not recommend equipment source to my friends or family. If you're looking for a diesel gen set contact Alaska Diesel Electric.

Eric at Equipment Source Rentals was incredibly helpful and the rental process was convenient to get the equipment needed to redo the concrete slab in my garage. Use of a Kubota Excavator and Toro Mud Buggy made the laborious work easy and quick. I highly recommend renting equipment for your next construction project from ESI!
