The Rental Zone exceeded our expectations! The staff exhibited exceptional helpfulness and organization throughout our rental experience, taking the time to thoroughly demonstrate how to use their equipment before it left the premises. Not only was their equipment in impeccable condition, but it also facilitated the swift completion of our task. Opting for their tile cutter rental proved to be a cost-effective choice compared to other rental options in town.
Moreover, the team went above and beyond, assisting with both the loading and unloading of the gear. Their rental agreement was refreshingly straightforward, and they patiently addressed all our queries. Their proactive courtesy call as the return time approached was a thoughtful touch, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, when unforeseen circumstances led to a slight delay in our return, The Rental Zone graciously accommodated us without imposing any additional charges. Their flexibility and understanding were truly commendable.
Overall, The Rental Zone's outstanding service, well-maintained equipment, and customer-centric approach make them our top choice for future rental needs.
I have rented multiple different pieces of equipment from Rental Zone and had nothing but fantastic service and the equipment has always been in great condition. I have rented everything from various plate compactors, power trowels, drywall tools, to brush hogs and been happy with everything

Please read this to the end if you plan on renting from these guys..... They have stellar service, an awesome team work ethic, and very well-maintained if not brand new equipment.
Here is one of my many experiences with the rental zone, all of them have been positive;
Have you ever had one of those days, when it seems like nothing went right and everything challenged you? I think we all do. The crew at the rental zone are no different.
I was scheduled to receive a small excavator for a project I had scheduled late last fall in Fairbanks. The crew was really good about communicating and called and let me know that the equipment would be arriving about an hour or so later than expected but guaranteed it would be there. Like clockwork the driver showed up. He started unloading, I asked him how his day went. He said: well.... do you have a minute? I said you bet: and he whipped out his phone went on to tell me a pretty epic story of how his day went...... narrated with pictures to show it all in detail.
He went on to say that on his first delivery a college gal didn’t take the time to scrape the frost off her windshield...... couldn’t see, Ran a stop sign, and plowed right into the side of his slide back truck, and basically totaled it. The whole side of it was caved in, gas tank and DEF tank hanging off the side, and then he showed me a picture of what looked to be the same truck two hours later. Looking like brand new! He said yeah we had another rig for Parts and the whole crew got together and was able to get this thing back on the road in about two hours flat.
“We had deliveries to make, and people to take care of, we couldn’t let them down. We had to make it happen.”
It’s so rare this day and age you see people genuinely care about doing their job. It’s very obvious to me all of these guys do. They’re willing to go way beyond the scope of what they normally do, and do it in a way that yields a high-level professionalism, all to keep us the customer happy, and keeping our projects moving.
Thank you to everyone at airport rental/rental zone..... from the guy power washing and greasing and fixing the equipment to the delivery drivers, the dispatcher’s and everybody in between, it takes everybody to make it happen and I appreciate you.
The rental zone has been a valuable partner and asset in my projects, and I’ll be a loyal customer for many years to come.
