Purchased a new living room set and Cheyenne was very helpful in showing us options to help finalize our decision. She listened to what we were looking for and showed options that directly related to what we wanted. Pricing and selecting delivery options went very quickly.

I had a good experience at Sadlers today. While I didn’t see any employees when I was looking for a bed to purchase, I found what I wanted then went to the front desk and was met by two friendly ladies. I was helped in a timely manner and Connie even told me how I could save a bit of money. The store was clean and well organized.

Like some of the other reviews, i appreciated the salespeople allowing me to wander at my own speed without hovering. When i was ready, Chayenne was friendly and efficient. My chair arrived and delivery was on time and went smoothly. Delivery team was respectful and friendly. Thank you!

I bought 2 purple pillows and a mattress from the store in Fairbanks. I didn’t think to look online prior to the purchase, but also planned on spending a little bit extra to shop local. Well, not only were the pillows over 100 dollars more a pillow online (the store told me after the fact that with shipping it will come out close to the same. I have not done the research, but 100 dollars to ship a pillow seems a bit much) I honestly didn’t look at the price of the mattress because I don’t want to see how much cheaper it was. I noticed Costco had a purple mattress (a cheaper one) for about 700 less than the cheapest one I saw at Sadlers. Now to the actual problem. When I went to pick up my mattress the next week, I mentioned that one of the 2 pillows I bought was extremely thick and stiff (it was almost double the size and 3 times more stiff than the identical pillow I bought with it. I asked if there was a way to exchange it or something. The employee looked at the computer and said, this is the second time THIS pillow has been returned! They then said “oh, I probably shouldn’t have told you that”! I said excuse me, this pillow was purchased new. Long story short someone had ordered the pillow, got it in, tried it and had the same exact problem. I had noticed the box had tape on it but had really not thought much of it. Fortunately I had kept the box and it even had the other persons name and a pick up date of 2 months earlier. They claimed that when it got returned it must have accidentally got put back in stock or something. This was the point that I looked online and realized how overpriced they were (again, my fault for not looking online first). I talked to the manager and the “fix” was to replace the used pillow and they did give me a 200 dollar compensation. While it was nice of them, I’m still just disgusted that they sold me a used pillow even if it was an accident. I would have done a lot more to take care of my current and future customers. With all the bad, I would like to point out that the 2 employees and the manager were all at least very polite and respectful. I truly hope this was all an accident, but when I picked up the replacement pillow, I was told from a different worker that it was also the second time a refund and payment was made for the same pillow, and it made me angry again because it was the same person that sold it to me. I don’t know how their system works, but he definitely noticed it had been returned when I did the return, but never mentioned it when selling it to me. We had also looked at a 7k sectional that day and planned on going back to purchase it after getting some measurements, however I will be looking elsewhere(I am not one to write reviews, but that was the first and probably the last time I will shop here.)
