This store has tools I had a hard time finding in much bigger cities in the lower 48. Fantastic customer service and I can not say it enough amazing tool selection.
Good items others do not have good staff assistance

We were looking for something and could not find it. We could not find anyone on the floor, so we had to go to the cashier to get help. The cashier had to look up the information to see if they had any in the store. Once they found they had it, they had to hunt for it because it wasn't where it was supposed to be.
Once they were able to find it we were able to pay for our items. Since we had two separate orders, and there were 2 people behind the counter, we were both able to check out at the same time which was nice.

Don't shop here they like to make health decisions for their employees!! One that could possibly hurt them for the rest of their lives. Mandatory vaccines are not cool. Let your workers choose their own health care measure!!!!

Very disappointing experience. I tried to return a power washer that was immediately defective upon using it (burning electric). Since it was over 30 days from the purchase they refused to do anything about it. Can't buy things from a store that doesn't stand behind their products. I'm out a chunk of change.
