I agree a waste of time. I shouldn't have to nag a professional company to do a job for me.
I called, wanting a fence put up this summer. I had to call them repeatedly. Finally spoke to the guy, we talked numbers- he said he'd get back to me- Nada. This is actually the second fence company that has set up the prep work but never followed through. Not sure what the problem is. I have a flat yard I'd like fenced in; I give you money. Seems simple to me. Guess not. Thanks for wasting my time Fireweed Fence.
So this is the Kenai Dog Park, I'm not sure how much the borough or city paid with our taxes to have this fence built. But I'd never have put my name on it when the work was this shoddy. Do these guys know how to measure a gate gap?
Smaller dogs can easily make it through the gate gaps and in the summer those pieces of wood and extra black gate tiles is because Fireweed fence has the fence so far off the ground. That dogs slip under it.
Not to mention several parts of the fence are so poorly secured that you can lean on it and the fence bows outward like its not attach to anything.
The Borough should get their money back, because this is lazy and shoddy workmanship. I wonder was this done by a realitive and there was no Borough oversight? Because this is pretty sad honestly and sets up Fireweed fence and the borough for liability due to lack of compliance and following code.

Terrible work. WAY WAY WAY overpriced! Hired to reinforce my existing fence and it was a major fail. They used my materials, didn't listen and refused to move fence where I wanted. Rude, late, unproffesional and poor workmanship. They only work sumers, arrived late but still quit at 5pm. They whined and complained the entire job about everything. I am buying a new home and need a fence and would no way use them again. I advise you not to either. My son spent days doing what we paid for in the first place. Stay away. Not an option.

I moved into a house that had a fence started but one entire side of the property was not finished. I called Fireweed Fence to see if that was something they could do. They came out and took a look at it a couple days later and then my fence was done and completed by the next week. Only took a couple days of the actual fence work and it looks great. Its so nice to have a completely fenced in back yard the kids can enjoy all year. Highly Recommend!

Paid 5 figures to have my property fenced and an electric gate installed. The owner assured me that they would maintain my gate if needed in the future and was told it would take 3 weeks to complete the job. It actually took 3 months and the first sign of trouble with my gate was much worse. Owner got angry and said I was wasting his time. He hung up on me and has never come back. I would never do business with him again. Very dissatisfied.
