AVOID ANY CUMMINS GENERATORS FROM THEM. It’s not worth the headache, go to Honda. I’ve been through three generators, one 4500, two 3500’s. The 4500 I attempted to go through Cummins and have the warranty work done. It took 3 months, simply because AIH forgot to ship the generator. For three months, and through the process of trying to find the generator the employee told me to google it. There’s zero willingness to actually do anything with their group, and the quickest way to shrug you off will be taken. And after 3 months of waiting the generator( runs exactly the same, and dies randomly. They had to outright replace the 3500 because the first was DOA. Do not get generators through these guys, there’s many other places that can actually offer customer service for the product they provide.
