We brought our Class B RV van in to have the water pump replaced. Everyone there was so helpful - from calling for authorization from the warranty company to installing and testing the pump. We were in and out quickly. We highly recommend them.

We called Valley RV about a fuse blowing issue in our RV. We drove from Tok, Brad and Wade were so nice to us. They worked us right in and fixed our problem. If you have an issue with your RV, this is the place to go! Hats off to you and thank you so much!

We took our 2019 RV in for electrical repairs. Guy there backed it into something despite having side and rear backup cameras, blamed the sun in his eyes. 2 months later they still hadn’t repaired the damage so we took it home and are now submitting through insurance and lawyers. To top it off, they fixed the original transfer switch issue, but upon picking it up we now have no shore power (worked when dropped it off with them), so we now have to take it to another repair shop to fix. Definitely do not recommend this place. We’ve lost money and use due to their negligence. A simple repair turned into a nightmare for us over a totally preventable accident. If you can’t see when backing up, please stop, next time that could be a person you hit. update: took it to another repair shop who fixed the issue in one day, said the transfer switch this place replaced was wired in wrong.

Dropped off a 150k unit in August(was told specifically i didn't have to do winterizing work[knew the water heater had an issue]) for warranty purposes and got told we were waiting for parts (no issue). Tried reaching them several times over the months. As the evening temperatures started dropping in October, I attempted several times to call the service center and ask if we needed to address this. No answer. No acknowledgment or response. I finally went after Temps dropped below 30⁰ and caught them there after several attempts. Was told my unit froze and essentially told [sucks to suck]. I gave the place a benefit of the doubt, so the service 'lube tech' didn't speak for the owner. (20+ years in service). I was told my unit could not be brought inside. Went back the next week to meet with the owner. After waiting nearly 2 hours, the boss finally showed. He seemed upset that the service center would give me such a message. I told him I would have had no issue getting a call to winterize the unit or a bill telling me it was winterized. He went back to consult. Came back to tell me(sucks to suck) That they take no responsibility for units on their property(under locked fence can't access). In a small yard of maybe 20 units, they couldn't touch base with the customers. " we can't babysit anyone" over the same month it always gets cold. No responsibility or liability. I'm not sure they even hold buisness insurance with their behavior ? Like many other reviews, once you purchase, they have no care or responsibility for anything. Spoke with other locals who haven't been back after they messed up units 25 years back and refused to take responsibility.. They act as a family business, and the daughter in the sales side is a wonderful person, but the little man in charge will refuse any liability. The manufacturer and insurance company were both very interested in how they represent their business. I don't have the patience for adult children, so the big companies get to play with their insurance(if they have it) Hope the sales side and his wonderful daughter treat customers better when he's finally gone.

I HIGHLY recommend the service people at Valley RV Center for their RV knowledge, work ethic, integrity and quality work! We had the slide on our Arctic Fox 1150 Truck Camper get stuck in the “out” position while visiting in Valdez, Alaska. I was finally able to disable the gear system and push it in but this made for very tight quarters inside the camper. While Valley RV Center service department has a back up with many other RV’s, they recognize that those who are traveling thousands of miles away from home, can’t wait until this fall to have emergency repairs. When I spoke to service person Paul, he immediately appreciated our predicament, pulled away from the RV he was working on and went to work. Awhile later, Wade joined in to give a hand and operated a HiLo to help raise and lower the slide to get an exact fit. In all, the job took about 3-1/2 hours but only charge us for one hour. As far as I’m concerned, Paul, Wade and the entire Valley RV Center staff are an RV’ers best friend. July 24, 2023 I would like to add that several days after the slide repairs Paul and Wade did for our camper, we had an accident that resulted in the drivers/rear support leg being ripped from the camper. The accident happened on a Sunday so on Monday, I showed up at Valley RV to see what could be done. This repair would require more time and preparation so they scheduled me in for the following Monday. I arrived that morning at 8:30. It was impressive to watch Paul cut, tear apart, fill in, splice, bolster, caulk and finally re-assemble an item that is so critical for the success of the truck camper lifestyle. By 2:00, the job was completed, tested and I was on my way. I will always be grateful to Paul, Wade and Valley RV for their talent, expertise and service. I’ve included a few photos of the before and after work.

My family and I were in desperate need of a RV technician to take a look at our INOP water heater. One week into a two month trip and every other service shop in town turned us away because they were booked through July or August. These guys brought us in and took 45 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. Cannot recommend them enough for their kindness and quality of work. This was on 15JUN23.
