Dominic has been to my house twice always helpful and explains how things work and does his best to save you money. Last visit was a couple weeks ago and I thought my furnace fan was no good. He did some testing, ordered a new fan motor and capacitor. He told me some times it’s just the capacitor. Next day he came out and put the capacitor in first to see if that fixed my problem. Sure enough, that’s what it was! Saved me $500. He could have installed both before checking and I would’ve been pleased that it was fixed. He is gem and Hardy heating should thank their lucky stars they have him. I know that I won’t call anyone else!
Fast, courteous and very professional assistance repairing a furnace malfunction. The technician responded within hours of my initial phone call!!

When coming out for warranty work the worker was so upset he made my 4 year old cry. Maintenance wise, they did some good work and some bad. After they left my lights were out, my water heater was leaking, and the light switches are inverted(See pic). I do not recommend.

I'd have to write a book to detail all the wonderful things about the install of our new IBC combination boiler/hot water maker. This is an owner operated company so they take personal pride in what they do. We contacted them for a second opinion on a new install, we needed to replace a unit that was 30 years old. The contractor assigned by our HSA took weeks to come up with an estimate & it was thousands more than originally quoted. Hardy was here 3 days after we contacted them & replaced everything in ten hours. Their estimate was the same as the original quote we got when our heater was still operating & it wasn't 20 below. Glad I chose to get another opinion, there's a lot of companies taking advantage of people's hardships. Hardy has a heart and you can trust them.

Sold my house and had the furnace and hot water heater serviced and inspected. Dominic and Micheal from Hardy hearing did a great job very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed what needed fixed and got the inspection report back to me immediately. Thanks for the help !

I recently had a Generac whole home generator installed and Hardy Heating & Air Conditioning were subcontracted to install the natural gas feeder line to the generator on the 12th of Dec. I’m absolutely impressed with the owner Dan Sr., and his sons Dan Jr. & Chris. They were extremely friendly and professional and I couldn’t be more pleased with the clean installation! The fact that it was very cold and the ground is covered in snow didn’t deter them from completing such a clean and professional looking install. And to top off a great experience, they explained how I could connect a propane tank on the same piping by shutting off the in-line NG valve and removing a plug in the line at the generator to connect a propane line. That is great to know since my generator can run on NG or LPG.
I would whole heartedly recommend Hardy Heating & Air Conditioning of Palmer, AK and if I have further Heating or Air Conditioning needs, I will be calling them! 5 STARS aren’t enough, I would give 10 STARS if I could.

Hardy Heating was on time and finished the job quickly. They were servicing both my air handler and my radiant floor system. The systems seem like they’re running better than before. Very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend!!!
