Great communication, quality of work and fast response. They cleaned up after their work, took the boxes/trash produced with the plumbing renovatios and stayed on point with their quote. If you are in need of quality plumbing and heating service that won't break the bank, I highly recommend Paragon Mechanical Plumbing and Heating.

SUPER appreciated these guys coming through today. They delivered BEYOND expectations and made it all happen in no-time flat.
I went from down to the studs to usable tub & shower in less than a day.
Plumber was knowledgeable, spoke through his thought process for me so that I could understand it, included us in the decision-making that he was forecasting and also gave us routine updates at critical points throughout the process.
These guys have earned my respect and my trust.

Had a laundry drain issue that could cause extensive water damage. Paragon technician Zach did an outstanding job of detecting the problem and making the appropriate repairs and correction to the plumbing system. Additionally, he flushed the tankless water heater and tested all lines going into the problem area. Kudos to Paragon and their technician Zach! Highly recommend!!

Straight Up, Trustworthy Professional Mechanical and Plumbing contractor. Very knowledgeable on older and new equipment. I received numerous referrals from clients that have been hired Paragon. The name has meaning and they represent that meaning. I appreciate a company that treats my clients respectfully.

Excellent care when replacing our OLD boiler and installing a new system for us. Brad and his team were very professional and compassionate towards us when the old system needed replacing. They got the job done quickly and it is now running like a dream! Would highly recommend Paragon Mechanical Plumbing and Heating!! We will use them in the future for some plumbing issues our old old house has. Thanks again, Brad & Team!

I waited for 3 weeks to get my hot water heater fixed with another company in the Mat-Su. A friend finally said I should call Paragon. I talked to Brad on Thursday, the water heater got delivered Friday and he was out to install my new water heater on Monday. He installed it in less time than quoted and he even took the time to help me with a water softener install I was working on! Highly recommend Paragon.

Brad is amazing! I had called two other well know companies in the Matsu Valley for a rental property. One never showed and the other could not identify the problem. Brad was courteous to our tenants, fast, and fairly priced. We were so impressed with his work he was our first call when our water heater went out at our personal property. Again, very responsive, courteous, and identified and fixed our issue extremely fast. I would highly recommend Paragon to anyone who needs fast and reliable service.

Brad is an amazing plumber. Not only does he answer his phone when you call, he shows up when he says he will be there. I had an outside spigot that broke, and was leaking into my house. I had called three plumbers before I reached out to Brad with Paragon Mechanical. After having all three previous plumbers not show up or give me a call that they would not be taking my job, I was extremely frustrated. Brad made everything right, he not only fixed my outside spigot, he was friendly, quick and cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend that you contact Brad with Paragon Mechanical, you will not be disappointed. His prices are reasonable and his service is reliable. Brad is my go to plumber anytime I need something he always takes my calls.
