They moved everything around like a Walmart so you have to cover the whole store. Long Jon's aren't even together. Quit carrying atv accessories. Funnel you into a line, next we'll be checking ourselves out.
We needed new boots and the nice lady that helped us was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in getting us what we needed.

This review is so late in being written, I can only hope the individuals I’m writing about are still working there. We have a store in Fairbanks, AK, but the customer service from the manager herself was less than poor. We had a trip scheduled to Anchorage and decided to take our business to the Sportsman’s Warehouse in Wasilla, AK. Brendan Bruce and Jim Pougger went above and beyond for us. We walked out of the store feeling not only satisfied, but happy and special. I’m sorry for taking so long to post this review — you guys are outstanding! I hope this finds its way to your store manager and the regional manager. You deserve a huge pat on the back and special recognition. Thank you!

Came in to buy fishing weights, a net, club, and some waders. Their selection of weights is garbage, they didn’t have a net or a club, and the waders I was going in for (looked online before going in) were in stock but they wouldn’t price match ANY of the 7 other retailers online (priced $100 more than other retailers. Even Simms has them priced better on their own website.) They claim to price match but the manager came down to look at it and claimed they couldn’t price match for some reason. Go to 3 Rivers tackle and fly for fishing needs, Arctic Ammo and reloading for guns/ammo, bass pro or cable as for any other hunting need, and REI for camping. What’s the point in convenience if it’s not convenient?

Careful buying fishing reels here. I bought one that was broke and after arguing and proving the fishing manager, Jim, wrong he reluctantly took the reel back. He was very Arrogant and unfriendly. He wanted one of my old boxes I believe to resale it to someone who don't know better. Use cation shopping here!

Ordered on website selecting only items available in-store as I wanted to pick up later the same day. Once they started filling the order changed to 4 separate days for availability. Called support to cancel and they will not cancel and refund money until all items have arrived at the store. They are holding my money hostage for 2 weeks and then another 5-7 days they state to return to my bank. I am done with Sportsman’s Warehouse, never again.

Store is large, clean and bright. I do wish the stock for hunting dogs supplies was better. The dog hunting vest display was a mess and most items weren’t priced. Please concentrate less on toys. I do like your store and will be back, but would appreciate attention to this.
