Best professional service on an installation I've ever encountered.
After two hip replacements and two torn shoulder cuffs, at 75 yrs. old, it's been difficult to roll out our portable 8KW Generac generator.
I contacted Pacific Electric LLC for an automatic generator installation. Artem, owner of the company, came over and saw our setup and agreed to install. He provided a clear, logical and affordable estimate and we set up a date.
We had over a month of extreme temperatures sometimes beyond -30 degrees. We also had two feet of snow on the ground. This past Friday, Feb 9, 2024, Artem and Eli arrived around 10:00 am. They first had to clear the site of snow, dug down in the dirt, covered the area with gravel and placed a huge pre-made cement pad for the unit. Around 5:00 pm, he finished connecting the unit. tested it and thoroughly explained the operation to me. We even connected it with Wi Fi.
Two days later, a huge storm with gusts to 35 knots came through our area. Power went out at 5:30 pm and we sat in the dark about one minute. Oh, the sense of security my wife and I experienced when the generator kicked on! The lights, TV and furnace all came back to life. The outage lasted until 8:30 pm and our home stood out all lit up in our dark neighborhood. I appreciated not having to go back outside to disconnect and roll the old portable generator back to the garage.

Very competitive price and quick install of a transfer switch. He helped show me how to use it with my generator for the first time and made sure everything worked correctly before finishing. Another time a few rooms in my house were having troubles with the outlets and I called and he was out within the hour and fixed it. Great service

We had a few electric outlets that suddenly stopped working earlier today. We called Pacific Electric, they were able to come out today shortly after. They were very professional and efficient. They were able to fix the issues we had with all outlets and didn't take long at all. Great value for the price! We'll definitely call them again and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for timeliness and communication. I was told they could do the install on the upcoming Friday. I had to call them back that Friday (late morning) to see if we were still scheduled for Friday. They said yes but never showed. The following Saturday they reached out and apologized and offered a labor discount to make it right. They made it out that Saturday evening.
As for the installation goes, they did a fantastic job and were very professional on the job site.
