Matt's prices are considerably less than others in town. He's fair and honest. Responds quickly and goes out of his way to ensure the job is done and done right.
Matt is the person you want! He is nothing but responsive, extremely affordable and fair, knowledgeable, quick to arrive and personable. My husband Nate and I wish we would have found him a long time ago as we utilize his expertise in not only our personal rentals but through ones managed. After the last cold snap, I decided to replace our trusty 35 year old furnace. I called a few of the usual places first, then called Matt at Affordable Heating and he immediately gave me a good price and said he could do the work in just a few days. He arrived on time, did the job in my unpleasant crawlspace with a smile, and we’re very pleased with the new furnace he installed. Great work, great price, great outcome.

Matt came to my rescue! I was treated so poorly by another heating company (HeatSource) and I contacted Matt right away. He was available and worked with me. The problem I had got fixed for 1/2 the quoted price. Cannot say enough good things about Matt and his professionalism. Thank you!!

We feel compelled to share our outstanding experience with Matt and Affordable Heating LLC, especially given the significant impact on our recent home purchase. Acquiring a 40-year-old house that hadn't seen renovations, we were faced with an all-electric setup. Matt's expertise not only facilitated the transition to natural gas but promised a more cost-effective electric bill in the long run.
Despite obtaining quotes from larger companies, Matt's local, personalized service, punctuality, and thorough responses to our questions set him apart. From installing natural gas connections for our kitchen stove, dryer, and garage heater to completing the HVAC system installation, Matt demonstrated unmatched dedication to quality. Also, we love that he thinks out of the box, the way he installed the HVAc and the vents was surprising and great, he put a little vent by the sink in the Kitchen and we love it.
He installed everything by the code and add safety valves and other necessary things to be in compliance.

Matt was awesome to work with. He got me a quote and had the work done in less than a week. His estimate came in at less than half of what the other big companies in the valley quoted me and he was able to get the work done promptly. No long waits.
I've worked with several of the big companies on my HVAC in the last few years and always had mediocre or terrible experiences.
Working with Matt was just a pleasure. Prompt communication, even when his schedule changed, very budget friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough. I don't write many reviews, but this is a company worth telling folks about.
