We have had the most amazing experience with Bowker. They are a family run company who care about their customers and their community. We had an issue with our system and Bower reached out to us to take care of it. We are beyond appreciative of this company and how they went above and beyond to help us. They went out of their way to do a good thing when they didn’t have to. That speaks volumes about a company and Its leadership. Thank you Bowker.
My family has had a very positive experience with Bowker. After our 7 year old furnace was “red tagged” by another company during a routine maintenance check, we reached out to Bowker for a second opinion. James came to take a look and did a thorough job inspecting and carefully evaluating. His and his supervisors opinion was that our furnace was safe and they carefully explained what they were looking for and testing. They were able to help us make an informed decision and get our heat back on. I highly recommend their services!

We were having issues with our gas fireplace. We were able to set up an appointment within a few days and Caleb was prompt (even able to come early), very professional, and the price was fair. We will definitely use them again.

Had an issue with our furnace that I couldn't figure out on my own, so I called Bowker Mechanical. They were incredibly helpful over the phone, and I was able to get an appt the same week. The tech showed up on time, was kind and courteous, had the problem diagnosed in minutes, and fixed in less than an hour. Would absolutely reccomend their services to anyone - and will use again if we need to! Thank you Bowker Mechanical!!

I am a fairly knowledgeable person for fixing my hearing unit, but was stumped. I called Bowker 5-10 minutes after they closed thinking I would leave a message but they answered. They said they could send someone now at after hour rates or if I wanted to wait for regular rate the next day. I chose the next day and they had a guy out the next morning, he was on time. He figured out the issue right away and not only fixed it, but also did some clean up from the door and debris from when I worked on it. I highly recommend Bowker to anyone who needs professional and honest service.

We are long-time customers of Bowker Mechanical, dating back at least seven years when we had a new furnace installed and have always been pleased with their work. Everyone at Bowker is always polite and professional. Technician Kyle is great to work with and has been servicing our equipment for the past three winters. He is knowledgeable, always prompt, thorough and does excellent work. We recommend Bowker to anyone.

I first called Bowker Mechanical to get a second opinion on my furnace. The original company I called to inspect my aging furnace insisted I needed a new furnace immediately. Dave, the owner of Bowker, squeezed me into his schedule and inspected the furnace himself. He assured me that although my furnace was 20 years old, it was functioning and safe. When my furnace did begin having trouble (a year later), he was the first person I called. I appreciate that once again he squeezed me in and personally inspected the furnace. He gave us several options and honest advice. We did choose to replace, instead of repair, and his crew was quick, on time, and polite. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I were very pleased with the work that Bowker Mechanical performed at our home, i.e. replacing our old furnace. The employees arrived on time, they were polite, professional and meticulous in their work, and they did a great job removing our old furnace and installing the new one. We have used them off and on for many years with our old furnace, and we will continue to use them for any future needs we may have. We highly recommend them. They are great!

Bowker Mechanical was a wonderful company to work with on the full replacement of our heating system during an extensive home remodel. Dave answered all our questions, and the installation was done in a professional and timely manner. We have been so pleased with the performance of the new system as well. We highly recommend this company! They were fantastic!
