Buying public, I am sharing my customer experience with this company - Alabama Kitchen and Bath. The Sales process and staff was 5 of 5, the template process was 5 of 5. My issue came with the installation and the follow-up correction attempts (1 of 5). After all of the installer issues, I was able to meet with the GM, Sales guy, template guy and their most experienced installer and arrived at a good place. In my opinion, my issue came down to "a bad apple" in the org and hopefully this customer experience can be used to re-educate the installers and how they should interact with their customers.

Best in the business, this team installs 5-7 countertops for me a month and nobody does a better job. I’ve worked with others trying to save a buck but always come back after I see the difference in quality, customer service and exceptional custom service. If you need help with your home these are your guys! Great job day in / day out.

Wonderful to work with.....great craftsmanship, professional installation. Very patient with us while we picked thru the many slabs. Great selection and price. We chose Arabascato Venato Marble for our bathroom. Very Pleased!
