They done a good job at what they done. But I want more done but had to put a stop to the work because of being so slow. They get paid by the hour. I might have been better off to contract it out for one price.
Best general handyman service I've used so far, which isn't saying much. Their miter cuts were SO bad, and their response was they'd fill it with putty. If I wanted it cut wonky and filled with putty, I'd have done it myself. The other end of the trim was badly patched because they cut it too short. They bill by the hour and work slow. I might not mind the slow work if it were high quality, but it isn't even good quality. Track everything as they will overbill hours. We had to haggle quite a few times. They charged us for 26 stair treads and we only have 23 stairs. So, they charged us for the treads they cut wrong and had to replace. I'm looking for someone more honest and competent, as we sent them on their way with the job unfinished.

The guys were kind and got the job done.
You pay by the hour, and you pay for the time it takes them to get material. It took them an hour and a half to get 74$ worth of materials from a store 4 miles from our home.

Weeks and weeks ago, they repaired two lead glass windows, in the process breaking a pane and admitting responsibility. The last time I heard from them they said they had found someone in Huntsville who could repair it. Many calls since have gone unanswered. Since I posted the review above, they immediately (almost) , addressed the problem, retrieved the window, had it repaired, replaced it, all within about a week.
