Once again, Straight Line Painting did a fantastic job!! They previously painted the entire interior of my house and this time they did my exterior. I highly recommend Straight Line Painting, Rodney and his staff are reliable, neat and professional, a real pleasure to deal with contractors of such caliber!
We had our new fence stained. Straight Line Painting was excellent! They were very meticulous and extremely neat. We will definitely use them in the future for other painting projects.

I obtained references from Straight Line Painting thru the AL BBB website. This company certainly lives up to its 5-star reviews. They refinished my 4+ year-old front door that looked weather beaten and painted two of the decorative wooden gables. I give this company a 5-star review based on the realistic estimate, punctuality, excellent preparation work, responsive communications, and final results. I am very pleased and will add this company to my preferred “rolodex” list.

Thanks to Rodney Kolasa, the owner, my home was painted this month (May 2024) with an excellent outcome. I met Rodney at a Lowes and knew he was a painter from the company logo on his shirt. This was a great coindicence as my home needed painting after 21 years when I did it myself over 2 summers in 2001-2002. At age 79, I knew I could not pull this off again. I believe a person's character can be accurately evaluated after a minute of meeting them. Such was the case with Rodney. I went with it and glad I did. His quote was in writing with clear definitions on what was to be done. The price was reasonable. Rodney worked with my preferences on paint brand and quality. He also worked with me on a schedule as I had some dates that needed to be blocked out. A crew arrived to power wash. Took about 3 hours. Bleach was included in the spray. The paint crew of three included a capable "player-coach" foreman that was very easy to work with. They worked hard beginning with caulking (even over previous cracked caluk). Then they painted with skill -- amazing how their lines were so straight with paint not touching surfaces such as brick or metal frames or hardware.
At one early point the painters apparantly wanted to spray vs brush/roller some portions. I was consulted by Rodney beforehand and said no. This was no problem at all and excellent work went on to completion.
In short, I am quite happy. I suggest personally meeting Rodney and giving him an opportunity to handle your painting need. He has earned this review.

We have used Straight Line Painting on multiple occasions and have only met with a kind a courteous crew as well as top notch workmanship. This week they repaired a large hole in my kitchen ceiling that was left by a water leak repair. You can't even tell that there was a hole there. They also painted the area and smoothed the ceiling in another area that still had popcorn on it. They did great work and were in and out all in a day.

Rodney and his team from Straight Line were great. Professionals from the start. They were always on the job on time and finished up on time. The painting looks great. They had several Sheetrock issues to fix and they did a great job with that as well. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Very happy with this company. Painters were friendly, quiet, cleaned up everything, and most importantly the job was well done! I used them years ago, and was happy to see that they still provide great results at a reasonable price today.

Straight Line Painting did a fantastic job painting my homes exterior. I had a lot of rotted wood and damaged siding and their team did a great job repairing this first and prepping my house to paint. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Straight Line Painting. The crew arrived on time and did a fabulous job. They painted the entire house which included walls, crown molding, baseboards and doors. They are a professional working machine. Great crew. Would give them a ten star rating. A+++ work
