STEER clear of this business. Awful communication. Then after charging their “minimal fee” of over $4000. You get crooked lines, no legal description, and work that does not equate to your end goal. I should have been more patient after reading other bad reviews.

I called Tommy on two separate surveys and I guess he picks and choose the easy surveys! He gave me the story that it would cost about $4000 on a half acre lot it was so hard to do! Call Macanally and they did it for $600!

Great company to work with. Called them for some information a few months ago and the owner was very helpful in answering my questions and provided some insightful information which other surveyors didn't mention. Arranged to have them do the work and they were out within two days to perform the survey and all the paperwork necessary to submit to city planning for my project. I would highly recommend them for your surveying needs!
